Terms and Conditions of Sale

1 No refunds will be issued unless performance of the Tattoo is cancelled.

2 The Published Programme may be subject to change

3 Carer Tickets (for the Tattoo only) may be issued free, on request, for Bona Fide Able Bodied Essential Carers of wheelchair using patrons, subject to a maximum of one Carer per  wheelchair user (please note that this offer is not extended to include Lunch, Supper or Dinner).  The Carer is expected to look after the needs of the wheelchair user.

 4 Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

 5 Bags must not be left unattended anywhere in the building.

 6 The Management of Buxton Military Tattoo reserve the right to refuse admission.

 7 Only food and drink purchased at the Venue may be consumed inside the Venue.

8 Please come early for the widest choice of available seating. Standard Ticket seating is not generally allocated but some seats may be reserved at the discretion of the Tattoo management.

9 The performance may be photographed, filmed and/or recorded. Use of an admission ticket affirms consent of the ticket holder to being photographed, filmed and sound recorded as a member of the audience and the material being published. If you have any objection, please contact a member of the Tattoo management team.

10 Tickets purchased online or paid for by Credit or Debit Card may be subject to charges.

11 Tickets purchased via the Buxton Opera House Box Office facility can be posted to the buyer provided that the order is received 7 working days before the show and a Stamped self addressed envelope is provided.  Tickets not posted out to the buyer will remain at The Buxton Opera House Box Office for collection. Customers should be aware that the Performance Venue is approx 250 metres (a 5/10 minutes walk) from the Buxton Opera House Box Office.

12 Latecomers will only be admitted at a suitable break in the performance, which will be at the discretion of the performers or management.

Addendum for VIP Gift Package - The package includes one Souvenir Programme per pair of tickets and also reserved seats. Seats are subject to availability and will be located on the Gallery or in first or second rows (subject to availability).

Addendum for  Bronze Package - The package includes a 2 course Lunch at The Lee Wood Hotel between 12.00 am and 1.15 pm, Complimentary Souvenir Programme and reserved seats; any extras ordered must be paid for by the Ticket Holder. Bronze Ticket Holders should make themselves available at the Lee Wood Hotel Door at 1.15 pm for transport to the Dome. Please note that transport back to the hotel is not included.

Addendum for Silver Package - The package includes a 2 course Supper at The Lee Wood Hotel between 5.00 pm and 6.15 pm, a Complimentary Souvenir Programme and reserved seats;  any extras ordered must be paid for by the Ticket Holder. Silver Ticket Holders should make themselves at the Lee Wood Hotel Door at 6.15 pm for transport to the Dome. Please note that transport back to the hotel is not included.

Addendum for Gold Package - The package includes VIP entry, Front Row (or Gallery) reserved seats for the Tattoo, Complimentary Souvenir Programme, attendance at The Lord-Lieutenant’s Champagne Reception before the show, three course Gala Carved Buffet supper with wine and coffee served at the acclaimed Devonshire Dome.
