Terms and Conditions of Sale

 1         No refunds will be issued unless performance of the Tattoo is cancelled.

 2         The Published Programme may be subject to change

3          Carer Tickets (for the Tattoo only) may be issued free, on request, for Bona Fide Able Bodied Carers of wheelchair using patrons, subject to a maximum of one Carer per wheelchair user (please note that this offer is not extended to include Supper or Dinner). The Carer is expected to look after the needs of the wheelchair user. A Carer ticket will be annotated with the wheelchair user’s ticket number and will be sent by post to the wheelchair user.

 4        Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

 5         Bags must not be left unattended anywhere in the building.

 6         The Management of Buxton Military Tattoo reserve the right to refuse admission.

 7         Only food and drink purchased at the Venue may be consumed inside the Venue. 

 8         Please come early for the widest choice of available seating. Standard Ticket seating is not generally allocated but some seats may be reserved at the discretion of the Tattoo management.

 9         The performance may be filmed and/or recorded. Use of this ticket affirms consent of the ticket holder to being filmed and sound recorded as a member of the audience and the material being published. If you have any objection, please contact a member of the Tattoo management team.

 10       Tickets purchased online may be subject to charges.

 11       Tickets purchased via the Buxton Opera House Box Office facility can be posted to the buyer provided that the order is received prior to 26th June 2012 and a Stamped self addressed envelope is provided.  Tickets not posted out to the buyer will remain at The Buxton Opera House Box Office for collection. Customers should be aware that the Performance Venue is approx 10 minutes walk from the Buxton Opera House Box Office.
